9. Account responsibilities

10. Agreement formation
Submitting an application for a Listing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with Stage Lark. Upon approval, a binding contract (“Contract”) is established and governed by:

- The listing application form.
- Applicable advertising guidelines.
Collectively, these items constitute the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Service.
11. Contract period for Featured Listings (“Contract Period”)
- Start date: The Contract Period begins on the date the Listing is published on the website as a Featured Listing.
- End date: Listings expire three months following the Contract Period’s start date. If an event’s scheduled end date, as recorded on the Site, occurs before the Contract Period’s end date, the Contract Period between Stage Lark and the customer will cease on the date the event ends and the listing is unpublished from the Site.
- No automatic renewal: The Contract Period does not automatically renew. Upon expiration of the Contract Period, a new agreement must be executed for continued service.
12. Listing content
- Business Responsibility: Businesses are fully accountable for submitting, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of the details in their Listings on the Site. All Listings must adhere to Stage Lark’s established policies and content standards. Owners of Listings may access their accounts at any time to revise or update their information as needed.
- Content Oversight: Stage Lark retains sole authority over the review, modification, removal, or rejection of any Listing. At our discretion, we may approve, exclude, or delete Listings related to businesses, events, without prior notice or liability.
- Disclaimer: Stage Lark does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information submitted by businesses in their Listings. Any errors or omissions are the sole responsibility of the Listing owner.
13. Payments
Fees for Featured Listings are outlined on the Website and may vary depending on the listing type, duration, and any promotional offers. Stage Lark reserves the right to update pricing or introduce new fees at its discretion. Any changes will be reflected on the Website and apply to new Featured Listings from the date of revision.
14. Accepted payment methods
Stage Lark accepts the following payment methods for Listings:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
15. Payment conditions
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Stage Lark does not store credit card details.
- Users must ensure that their payment method is valid and there are sufficient funds at the time of processing.
- Feature Listings will not take effect until payment has cleared.
16. Pricing, GST, and payment fees
- GST inclusion: All prices listed on Stage Lark include Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
- Credit card fees: Any transaction fees, processing charges, or credit card surcharges associated with payments are the responsibility of the User. Stage Lark does not absorb these costs.
- Currency and pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change at Stage Lark’s discretion.
17. Tax invoice
A tax invoice will be issued to the customer via the email address provided once payment has been successfully processed and cleared.
18. Refund policy
Stage Lark does not offer refunds for Listings once payment has been processed, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Businesses should review listing details carefully before completing payment.
